A deposit equal to first nights stay is required
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
- In the event of a ‘no-show’ or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given and the full amount will be due.
Arrival and Departure
Unless by prior arrangement your room will be ready for arrivals at 4 pm and departure by 10 am.
Smoking Policy
Strictly no smoking.

We will not provide any information, including contact details, to third parties.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
WiFi
Use of WiFi is free and the signal strength is excellent but performance is down to the service provider (i.e. not guaranteed).
